Lauren has joined us as Lettings and Property Manager in 2024 having worked for various lettings agencies throughout Essex and Suffolk over the past 12 years. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry and prides herself on her Customer Service.

Role

Providing a property management and letting service to landlord clients. This includes advising on preparation of residential property for the rental market, providing guidance on rental valuations, implementing the lettings process through advertising the property, careful tenant selection, strict arrears control, co-ordination of repairs implementation, carrying out regular inspections and reporting to landlords.

Social

Currently living in West Suffolk following a move from Essex. She is very family orientated, enjoys camping and all the outdoor activities that come with it.
