History

Started working life in 1980 in agriculture employed by Booker Agriculture International working on a sugar plantation in Papua New Guinea and then with Javelin Irrigation in irrigation in the UK. In 1985 it started to rain (!) so joined Greene King’s Estate management department and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. Moved on to be General Manager of Linnet Property Management in 2001 and joined Hazells in 2011 as one of two Property Managers.

Social

Lives in West Suffolk. Interests include beekeeping, astronomy, shooting, tennis, walking and skiing.

Role

Providing a property management and letting service to landlord clients. This includes advising on preparation of residential property for the rental market, providing guidance on rental valuations, implementing the lettings process through advertising the property, careful tenant selection, strict arrears control, co-ordination of repairs implementation, carrying out regularinspections and reporting to landlords.
