Landlords are well advised to ensure that their property is adequately insured including cover for loss of rent in the event of the property becoming un-inhabitable as the result of an insured loss and limited contents cover for any fixtures and fittings at the property (eg carpets, curtains and cooker). Standard Management: 12% (10% plus VAT) of the gross rent received* – as an example if the monthly rental of you property is £750 the fee will be £90 inclusive of VAT
First letting: £300
Subsequent lettings: £210 (where properties are managed)
Initial listing: £60
Initial preparation and submission to tribunal relating to Deposit Dispute Resolution: £90
Attending court/tribunal: £180 per day
