Final opportunity at Suffolk Park after Greene King announce major relocation

The recent major announcement of Greene King’s relocation to a new state of art brewery at Suffolk Park leaves one final opportunity available at Jaynic’s hugely successful development.

A reserved matters planning consent has been granted for a final logistics warehouse which can be delivered to an occupier within nine months. SP77 will provide 78,100 sq ft of institutional quality warehousing on a site of 5.32 acres. The building is available on a pre-let or pre-sale basis and represents the last plot available for businesses to relocate to the Park.

Since 2016 a combined 1.8million sq ft has been transacted on the 114 acre development which now accommodates Greene King, Skechers, Bleckmann, Unipart, Evri, MH Star, Dellonda, Sealey, Treatt and the East of England Ambulance NHS Trust.

Greene King was founded in 1799 and the recent 7.73 acre acquisition for a new custom built brewery will ensure they continue their long association with the town well into the future.

Suffolk Park is located within one hour of the Port of Felixstowe and within 30 minutes of Cambridge. It offers a prime location on the strategic A14 corridor.
