New Property Management System for Hazells

Dear Client,

The purpose of this e-mail is to let you know that over the next couple of weeks we will be transitioning from our current management software CFP to a new program called Rent+.

We have spent more than three months preparing for the switchover and do anticipate it will be a smooth transition, although we recognise the foibles of technology may have a say!

From your perspective we envisage that initially you may not notice any particular changes – your usual landlord statement may appear slightly different but will display the same detailed information. Looking further ahead we hope to be able to offer greater participation for landlords by creating a client portal where you can view invoices, statements and other information. Our hopes are that the new software will enable us to be even more efficient and able to concentrate to an even greater degree on the core principles of property lettings and management.

The change over will take place so that we are fully up and running with Rent+ for the new financial tax year starting 6 April.

We will of course keep you updated as we move forward.
