Suffolk Park nominated for prestigious IAS 2023 Award

Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds has been shortlisted by the Industrial Agents Society in the Best Overall Scheme Logistics Park Category. The 2 million sq ft scheme, developed by our clients Jaynic, has been at the forefront of the logistics boom in the East of England.

Hazells have acted as marketing agents on the Suffolk Park since its inception having introduced the site to Jaynic. The park received outline planning consent for the whole site in 2017, with 1.8m sq ft transacted to date. Occupiers including Greene King, Dellonda, Evri, Skechers, Bleckmann, Weerts Group NV, Treatt plc, MH Star UK Ltd, Unipart Group (NHS Supply Chain), Sealey and East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

The gala awards event will take place on Tuesday 26th September 2023 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London in Park Lane, London, W1.

Planning consent was received this year for two final units, one of 128,000 sq ft and another of 77,000 sq ft on Suffolk Park’s northern plot. The units are available on a pre-let or pre-sale basis and can be delivered in 9 months.
