Riverside Regeneration in Thetford
Extensive refurbishment works to Riverside Walk, Thetford have recently been completed helping to further regenerate this riverside area in the town centre.
Units 11-19 Riverside Walk, formerly occupied by M&Co, has been comprehensively updated and reconfigured to provide five new retail units fronting the Little Ouse and looking across the Travelodge, Light Cinema and Snap Fitness.
The refurbishment includes the removal of a previous canopy, brand new retail frontages, replacement first floor windows and attractive rendered facades. Each unit is finished to a shell & core standard internally and is immediately ready for tenant fit out.
Three of the units have been pre-let with the tenants beginning their fit out works shortly. The new occupiers will include a cafe, patisserie and wine shop. Unit 11 and Unit 15 are available to let and provide shell & core accommodation immediately available. They would be ideally suited to traditional retail purposes, cafe/restaurants or alternative leisure uses.
