Hazells win two categories in the 2023 CoStar awards

Hazells are proud to confirm that we have been recognised twice in the industrial & logistics category of the prestigious annual CoStar Awards 2023. We have awarded the the Most Active Single Branch Agency (total sq ft transacted) and Most Active Single Branch Agency (Number of Transactions) in the Eastern Region.

CoStar Group is the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The awards recognise the UK’s most active commercial real estate agencies for their cumulative deals across calendar year 2022.

The awards provide further recognition of our active role within the growth of the logistics market in Suffolk and the Eastern Region, having previously also been winners in the 2020 CoStar Awards. Significant transactions for the year have included the acquisition of over 200,000 sq ft at Haughley on the A14 for a retained occupier client. Lettings and sales at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds to Greene King (160,000 sq ft), Evrii (77,000 sq ft) and Dellonda (48,000 sq ft). A single letting of over 56,000 sq ft in Brandon. A 90,000 sq ft letting at Olding Road, Bury St Edmunds and over 100,000 sq ft transacted in Haverhill.
