Planning submitted for final phase at Suffolk Park

Planning has been submitted for two further logistics warehouses at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds which will comprise the final phase of the hugely successful development.

The planning application has been speculatively made by Jaynic and once the units are constructed will represent the last phase of development at Suffolk Park. SP77 and SP128 will provide in the order of 77,000 sq ft and 129,000 sq ft respectively. It is anticipated the units will be available in 2023. The units have been designed to the same institutional specification as previous phases of development at the park but with improved glazing and architectural canopies to the entrances & office areas.

The current phase of development at Suffolk Park is nearing completion. SP47 under offer whilst SP160 is available and construction is due to complete in September.

With over 1.3 million sq ft transacted at the park to date, Suffolk Park has become the preeminent logistics development on the A14 and is at the forefront of the growing logistics market in Suffolk. Other occupiers on the park include NHS Supply Chain, Skechers, Bleckmann, MH Star, Treatt and Hermes who will shortly take occupation of SP76.
