Suffolk Park update – SP160 & SP47 on track for 2022

Two new speculative logistics warehouses at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds are on track for practical completion in 2022. SP160 will be ready for occupation in September, whilst SP47 will be available from November.

The two units are being speculatively developed by Jaynic who have successfully developed over 1.3 million sq ft at the park to date. SP160 and SP47 together with SP76, which has been pre-let to Hermes for a regional distribution hub, comprise the third phase of development at the park.

SP160 and SP47 will provide 160,708 sq ft and 47,657 sq ft respectively and represent one of the only opportunities for occupiers to take occupation of new space on the A14 this year.

We have already begun positive discussions with a number of occupiers, however the units are fully available and further expressions of interest are welcome. Jaynic have begun work on plans for a final phase of development at Suffolk Park with a reserved matters planning application to be submitted shortly for two further units expected to offer in the order of 78,000 and 130,000 sq ft.
