Planning Approval Success for Stowupland – consent for up to 80 dwellings

Following refusal in February 2020 by Mid Suffolk Council to an application for up to 71 dwellings on land to the south of Gipping Road a new outline application for up to 80 dwellings has been approved by Mid-Suffolk Council dated 9 October 2020.

Hazells act on behalf of the landowner and have advised on the planning promotion and are now proceeding with offering the land to potential buyers on the open market. This is the second phase in a total development of 273 dwellings, the first phase which comprised 193 dwellings having been successfully sold and developed by Bloor Homes.
