Coronavirus Tenants Update 2

To all Hazells’ managed residential property tenants.

We hope this email finds you well at this difficult time.

We are contacting all tenants within the Hazells’ managed residential portfolio to make sure you are okay and prepared for the coming months.  If you have any information or updates you would like us to pass on then please let us know and will be happy to do so.

If you are either struggling to pay your rent or can see a situation arising shortly which is going to make rental payments difficult please do act now.

As of today, we are all now working from home, and our office is shut. We all have remote access to our system and the office phone-line has been diverted to a mobile. In order to reach us more efficiently please do use our mobile telephone numbers rather than calling the office number where possible.
